REIKI ENERGY HEALING
Reiki is a hands-on healing technique developed in Japan by Mikao Usui in the early 1920s. This technique uses Universal Life Force Energy, known as “prana”, to promote healing of the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
Prana is believed to be an unlimited form of creative energy that flows through the entire Universe. When prana is low, you are more likely to experience dis-ease in the body and mind. When prana is high, you are more apt to be vibrant, happy, and healthy.
Reiki can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, increase relaxation and reduce stress, which provides an environment for the body return to homeostasis (natural balance).
Jikiden Reiki is especially effective for physical pain, anxiety, depression, menstrual support, chakra clearing, heart and womb reconnection and can deeply support recovering from trauma.
While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It has no dogma, and there is nothing you must believe to receive Reiki. Reiki is guided by consciousness. As such, it can never do harm. The recipients must simply be willing to receive it.
