Full Moon Women’s Circle

September 5th~7pm

Come join in sacred sisterhood, sink into your feminine and create with the magic of the Moon ✨We will start by communing with the heart medicine of cacao and then allow the themes of the Moon to direct the flow and activities of the evening. Our circles will be supported and curated by the energy of the Moon and the magic that you each bring with you!

Sunday Evening Sound Bath

September 13th~6pm

Come ground into the body with breathwork and gentle, guided meditation and let the soft frequencies of crystal sound bowls carry you into a deep dream space.

Yoga mats, blankets and props are available, but you are welcome to bring your own to use.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled into your spot. We will start promptly at 6pm, doors to the studio will be locked
