Breathwork is a form of energy healing known for promoting inner harmony and balance, clearing and producing energy and bringing the receiver into a state a deep inner peace. Crystal sound bowls produce deep, resonate tones that facilitate relaxation and promote inner balance. The frequency and sounds are used to help clear energy blocks, promote healing of the emotional and physical body, and can take participants into deeper levels of consciousness. Together, these practices are transformational~
WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga mat, blankets or pillows for extra comfort. Dress warm!

LOCATION: Saint Paul, MN- Details given upon registration. We will start promptly at 6pm so please arrive a few minutes early to give yourself time to use the restroom and get comfortable.

Come join in sacred sisterhood, sink into your feminine essence and create with the magic of the Moon
We will start by communing with the heart medicine of cacao and then allow the themes of the Moon and the energy of the Women who join to direct the flow of the evening. Expect to explore feminine practices, sacred sharing, journaling, sound healing and more. Our circles will be supported and curated by the energy of the Moon and the magic that you each bring with you

Yoga mat, pillow and blanket, Journal & pen, Mug for cacao, Sacred items for the altar
Dress is whatever brings out the feminine goddess in you
