A sacred journey of the heart
Cacao is an ancient, sacred medicine used to open the heart and connect in with the higher self. We will begin with a cacao ceremony with time to journal, relax and an opportunity to share with the community. You will be guided through a meditation to ground into your body, sink into your heart and then be washed over by the soft frequencies of crystal sound bowls.

Summer Celebrations
Gather in sacred sisterhood along the shore of the Mighty Mississippi to celebrate the Summer Solstice and Full Moon in Capricorn. We will begin with a cacao ceremony and move into dance and play as we weave our summer dreams into flower crowns. Cozy up next to the fire to integrate with a crystal sound bath infused with reiki healing
