✨Laura is a transformational mentor, embodiment guide, and retreat leader devoted to helping women reconnect with their bodies, express their truth, and reclaim their personal power.

With over nine years dedicated to study and self-mastery, Laura brings together somatic practices, feminine wisdom, yoga, energy work, and modern approaches to personal growth. She has led hundreds of women's circles, workshops, and retreats, created transformational programs, and mentored women through emotional healing, relationship breakthroughs, and meaningful personal change.

But what makes Laura's work distinctive is how she holds the space. With strong intuition, grounded leadership, and a genuine ability to create safety, she helps women explore what lies beneath the surface, move through uncomfortable emotions, and reconnect with parts of themselves they may have learned to silence or suppress. She brings a soft heart and big energy, meeting women with compassion while challenging them to be honest with themselves.

Laura's approach bridges the sacred and the practical. She believes spirituality should be lived, not just understood, and that deep inner work can coexist with pleasure, play, personal responsibility, and a full, vibrant life.

Through Sacred Body Retreat, Laura creates an immersive experience for women to step outside their usual roles and expectations, deepen their relationship with their bodies, and discover what becomes possible when they begin to trust themselves again.

Her intention is for every woman to feel genuinely supported while having the space to uncover her own strength, voice, and expression by learning to trust the woman she already is.
