Sacred Body Retreat
APRIL 16th - 21st, 2027
Your Body. Your Rhythm. Your Retreat.
Sacred Body Retreat is a 5-night, 6-day women’s yoga and feminine embodiment experience for you to slow down and reconnect with your body and your own energy. You’ll be cocooned inside the jungle of Riviera Maya in Mexico (a magical, intimate place full of energy) where you will be guided through morning practices and daily yoga, served local and organic meals, participate in sacred rituals to honor the land and magical excursions to encourage exploration and play.
Come as you are. Leave remembering Who You Are.
This retreat is designed to help you recover from the fast-paced living and demands that require your non-stop attention and give you a place to put down the roles you constantly play.

For 6 days you will stay on an off-grid, solar-powered, private retreat center wrapped in more than eighty thousand square meters of jungle. The only things calling your name will be the hammocks swinging from jungle trees, the cenote fed pool and the chef who’s put love into every dish.
Here, the jungle sets the stage for you to slow down, reconnect to your Self, and return to your natural rhythm. Through guided experiences, restorative spaces, and enchanting excursions this is where you get to just
Simply Be You.
"I have never seen anything in nature
try to justify its existence
it just exists
and so do I
I am allowed to just be"
-Rupi Kaur

*Daily Flow will be slightly different on days we have special rituals and excursions!
Sacred Rituals & Excursions:
Before your retreat begins, a Mexican shaman and medicine woman come to the property to bless our days ahead. They speak to the four directions and the four elements. They ask permission of the land on behalf of each woman, welcoming you to the jungle one by one.
This is a sacred moment shared with us by people who live on the land, are connected to its Spirits and, if you allow it to, it will awaken something deeper within your body.
Shamanic Blessing:
A private journey ten minutes from Lunita to swim in an intimate, undisturbed setting. Crystal water, jungle silence, one of the Maya's sacred portals. Once you arrive you will ground and relax while receiving a crystal sound bath. Afterwards, reflect, meditate, swim, or simply rest. Lunch will be provided for you while you are here.
Cenote Excursion:
The temazcal, from the Nahuatl temazcalli, “house of heat,” is the Mesoamerican sweat lodge. It is a domed lodge built from a wooden frame, covered with blankets, and heated by volcanic stones. Water infused with medicinal herbs is poured over the stones to fill the dome with steam, and a guide leads the group through four rounds, called doors, of heat, prayer, song, and reflection. A perfect ritual to detox your body and clear your energy field so you feel lighter for your stay.
Temazcal: Sweat Lodge
Each morning will begin with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, offered before anything else. Cacao is a gentle, heart opening elixir that will help you experience more intimacy with yourself, soften barriers around the heart and feel into your body. This will create a bridge for you to connect with your intuition and higher self, initiated and explored through reflective practices and journal prompts. This is also a beautiful way to open up deeper conversations that bring depth and realness to your connections with the other women.
Ceremonial Cacao:
At the close of your retreat, our group will plant something together: a tree, a shrub, whatever the land needs that season. It stays in the ground to grow into the jungle community, leaving a piece of our heart on the land. This is guided by the retreat owner, Nico. It is a way to offer something in gratitude to the land that held you here.
Tree Planting:
A ritual for every group that stays at Lunita! A gift to take home, locked in with the love from all of the other women who joined you on this retreat. We get a little messy, have a little fun and share a lot of love! This one is a gift from Lorenza, Nico’s mother and co-owner of the retreat center. Lasting friendships are made, heart-opening moments are shared, and this is something you will want to remember.
Hug Ceremony:
The Food
The Chef will design a specially curated menu for our group for the week we are on the land. It will be customized to your desires and created to deeply nourish for our feminine bodies.
The ingredients
Fresh, local, and seasonal. Lunita's chef sources from the farms of the Riviera Maya, and the cooking follows what the region is actually growing, so the food changes with the season the way the jungle does. Pure cenote water is drawn from underground, and unlimited drinking water is always available by the restaurant.
Meals are served at the dining pavilion: roofed for the rain, open on every side, one long table where the whole retreat eats together.
*All dietary needs will be honored
